ROOF LEAKS:

If you are experiencing a roof leak, the best thing to do is try to put something under the leak to catch the dripping water to minimize damage to the unit and your belongings. Once the rain has stopped, then a roofer can come out to assess the roof.

The best thing to do when you have a water leak is to cut the water off at the source of the leak. If you cannot identify where the leak is coming from, it is best to shut off the main water line to the house/unit until a technician can come determine the source of the leak. Typically, your water turn off valve will be located in the yard protected by a box that goes into the ground.
